Felix’s Breakfast and Sandwich Shop: Delicious Breakfast and Sandwiches in Springfield, MA

My kids and I were looking for a new breakfast place in the area and google maps lead us to Felix's. Their menu is expansive and has something for everyone. The staff was very friendly and kind and helpful with questions / suggestions. I was surprised they waited on you, in a good way, I assumed it was an order at the counter and grab it yourself. I am usually a "foofy" iced coffee person but their hot coffee was very good. The prices were on point for their servings and how delicious it was. We will be back often :)

The French toast and bacon was my fav but the eggs were slightly not cooked. I feel like the some of the staff is everywhere and can’t tell when new customers get there because it gets crowded. So there is going to be a waiting time when the restaurant is busy.

Service is consistently excellent, and the food is outstanding. This has become my go-to brunch spot. It’s also a perfect family stop, where the warm, friendly atmosphere encourages great conversation. The iced coffee is strong and refreshing, and the pancakes are rich, fluffy, and absolutely delicious, especially the peanut butter chocolate chip pancakes, which are pure indulgence Their famous deluxe breakfast sandwich is a must if you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out on something truly special. And don’t leave without tasting their flan it’s smooth, creamy, and absolutely divine. A true gem that always hits the spot.

The restaurant was amazing, me and my guy enjoyed our food. We ordered French toast because its one of our favs, the menu had the most interesting topping combinations. Just 3 mins away from MGM. Towards the end we felt kind of rushed (I’m a slow eater) but overall the service was good. Follow me for my reviews in the best areas.

I can not find my original review but I think it has been a while since my last review. I have been coming here nearly every week for breakfast/lunch for the last few years. I come here not only because it is close by my route to the train station and six bricks but also they have the best food I can find in the walkable area. And in my last review I mentioned that that wait time can be longer than expected on slightly busy times, however I do want to correct the record that food preparation to table time has muchef employed thanks to more waitress and chef. Be sure to expect must faster order to table times thanks to the additional staff. Some times it's better to order at the register seems better if you plan to sit at high table near the window. They sometimes do not notice me so I just go up order and pay. Plus it is faster to order and pay upfront so I can leave when I need to go make the next train.

After our horrendous experience at Crepe's Tea place in West Springfield, wasting so much time and leaving it without having anything to eat, we came to Felix's breakfast cafe. It doesn't look fancy, but don't let it fool you. The food was exceptional and we got a 5 star service from a very nice lady. Apple Cinnamon pancakes were the best we have ever tried, as everything else we ordered. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

A nice local place that has fair prices and large portions with good quality food. This is a greesy spoon type of place with a big selecrion of items between breakfast and lunch. A lot of options to decide between all priced fairly. Look forward to going back and trying some of the other things they have to offer.

Visited from NY today. I came in today at a good time; I might have been the first customer of the day. Staff was kind , knowledgeable and efficient. I was helped by a woman who was very patient with me when I reviewed the complete menu. She was especially accommodating by bringing my order to my table outside as it was ready. The food was extraordinary! I WILL be back.. all the way from NY!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
